First oil change in was great. Second appointment an hour later was not so great because I was being ignored by the service advisors, the closest one of which had his face buried Second appointment an hour later was not so great because I was being ignored by the service advisors, the closest one of which had his face buried in his phone. Took less than an hour for the first oil change, but an hour and 40 minutes for the second one and I had appts for both! More
