Mindy was nice and stayed in contact but our vehicle is not running at all now and is back in the shop. Scheduled routine maintenance and a recall. I was told that the recall started with an inspection which was incorrect. Showed up for what I was told was an hour service and was asked to leave m I was told that the recall started with an inspection which was incorrect. Had to reschedule the recall service which was inconvenient and a waste of my time. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service. More

Made an appointment for 4PM. Stayed and waited for car for just an oil change, nothing else. Car did not get on lift till 5:15PM. You do not make reservations at a restaurant and get seated an 1 hour and 15 minutes past your reservation time. If so, I'm pretty sure your meal would be compensated. My oil change was not. Shop fees is another. Low here, but how many people would accept paying for napkins at restaurants. I will have to think long and hard before I bring vehicle back or purchase a new vehicle. Don't take appointments if you cannot get to a customers vehicle 15 minutes past their appointment time. More
