My car arrived much earlier than expected which was wonderful. However, I planned to pick it up two days later as I had to work. My salesperson told me that it was no problem that I not pick it up the wonderful. However, I planned to pick it up two days later as I had to work. My salesperson told me that it was no problem that I not pick it up the same day it arrived. Then, I received a call from Shane who told me that I absolutely had to come in that day. He wasn't mean, but he was extremely pushy. Thankfully, I work at a company that allows me to leave on short notice if absolutely necessary so it did not end up being a problem. I was happy to get my car two days earlier than I planned, but I really didn't appreciate Shane telling me that I had to come in. He insinuated that my car would be sold even though I already reserved it. Overall, Toyota of Cleveland is an incredibly inviting and helpful atmosphere with excellent customer service regardless of this off putting experience. More

Cameron was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my multiple questions about my new car. This was my first experience buying a new car and he patiently and enthusiastically walked me through the entire multiple questions about my new car. This was my first experience buying a new car and he patiently and enthusiastically walked me through the entire process without being pushy or remotely obnoxious. On top of the excellent customer service, he was incredibly sympathetic when I had to wait at the dealership well after close due to some bank issues. He even gave me his subway sandwich!
