The kind of salesman that works with you My father was a salesman for close to 40 years and you just simply don't find that kind of salesman anymore. The kind of salesman that works with you, is honest with you, makes sure that you get exactly what you're looking for and if he needs to deliver it and help install it he will. Alfred reminded me of my dad and that is a real compliment. That is not something that I would say, it's actually not something that I've ever said?! I had been involved in a car accident and my jeep had been totaled, I knew that I was going to have to get something else so I started looking but I had not gotten the final word about my jeep nor had I gotten the information on the pay out. I did some research on what was the most reliable and best car in my price range and the Toyota Rav 4 was clearly one of the highest rated. When I got word on the following day from meeting Alfred and driving a Rav4 about my insurance pay out I immediately called Alfred and was saddened that he had already sold it. But then he told me not to worry that he would get me another. I went to and talked to a lot of other dealerships in the area and they were only going to sell what was on their lots and not a one of them told me that they would get me exactly what I was looking for. Within the week, I had to turn in my rental car and Alfred gave me a courtesy car from the dealership and was working to get my Rav 4 to me. I got it early the next week and truly could not be more thankful and grateful for the service and kindness that he gave me. Alfred said that he would take care of me and HE DID! I have a friend in my salesman and was honored to tell him that he reminded me of my father. Go see Alfred, he'll take care of you and he'll make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend him and Toyota of Cleveland to ANYONE in town and out of town. That type of service is RARE! More

They pushed through several "clean" diagnostic sessions until their ingenuity finally got to the bottom of my old Camry's failure to start. They also alerted me to a number of issues that needed help after years of neglect (due to past financial hardship). My 20-year-old baby purrs like a kitten now, and performs great on the highway. Peace of mind at last for this independent senior lady! I trust you guys will easily help me get a safe 75K miles out it yet; but when it's time for a change I plan to come back! More
