First time going to this dealer for service, Michael greeted me. He never asked my name just ran the vin and said wait in the lobby. Once the service was done. They would not give me my car back. I boug greeted me. He never asked my name just ran the vin and said wait in the lobby. Once the service was done. They would not give me my car back. I bought it used. Because no one ever asked my name it was still under the other owner. I was seconds from having to call the cops to run the license plate to prove I owned it. Every time I have gone for service it has been something weird. I was using the sticker they use for oil changes. Today I was told I’m out of the prepaid ones because I come in every 5k miles not 10k. I informed them I was never told 10k I was just going by what the sticker said. The sticker has always said 5k. This place is ridiculous! I live about 2 miles from them it’s just easier for me to use them. To my knowledge they do at least change the oil and rotate the tires, I hope! More
