I couldn't find the Tacoma I wanted on the lot (Tacomas sell like hot cakes) so, I went to Greg, told him what I wanted, and he had my truck there the I couldn't find the Tacoma I wanted on the lot (Tacomas sell like hot cakes) so, I went to Greg, told him what I wanted, and he had my truck there the next day. Greg worked with my mother previously that week to get her a four runner delivered to Cleveland. Needless to say, he went above and beyond to please two customers in one week, all while helping other customers as well. Tyler Ratledge also worked with me at the dealership. He explained all of my paperwork in great detail and made it simple to understand instead of trying to rush through it to make a sale. Tyler also helped my mother with checking multiple times on her interest rate and giving extra effort to get her the best rate on her four runner. All in all, A+ experience by far. The specific 4runner that I wanted wasn't there but they assured me that they could get me one! Justin and Vimal went above and beyond in making sure they found me the exact 4runner I wanted!
