Daegan was so patient with us, answered every question we had, and if he didnt know, he got someone who did. We had our 4 year old with us and he was so great with her as well. The rest of the team at Toyota had, and if he didnt know, he got someone who did. We had our 4 year old with us and he was so great with her as well. The rest of the team at Toyota of Cleveland were fantastic as well. Allowed us time to think and process what we needed to do. Most definitely recommend! More

The service dept is what makes a dealership and how they gain repeat business. Their service dept is second to none and I would highly recommend them to anyone even if they did not purchase a vehicle from gain repeat business. I called on my way in to see how long the oil change would take since it was a Friday. They said it was slow and they could get it finished in an hour. We were there for 2.5 hours. When it was finished would take since it was a Friday. They said it was slow and they could get it finished in an hour. We were there for 2.5 hours. When it was finished Jessica did not come over to where we were but yelled for us and waited until we came to the desk (not good customer service). Not impressed with this visit. I have been coming to this dealership for 6 years for oil changes. Can do better. More
