Was traveling from Minneapolis to Dallas/Fort Worth. Warning lights came on 10 mi south of Des Moines. Was stranded and had to be home in two days. Spent night in car at Toyota dealership lot. Although I was first at service department upon opening, they were booked two weeks in advance. But, they found a way to check the car out. They had the needed part in stock and were willing to replace it. I was out by 11:30! They were very caring and professional. Outside of a miracle, they were my only hope. So, grateful that they came through. More
