We didn’t have a good experience we received an email that out car was ready 9:00 am we went to pick up in the afternoon it was at the parking lot with the rest of the cars.our Hybrid car was with the En that out car was ready 9:00 am we went to pick up in the afternoon it was at the parking lot with the rest of the cars.our Hybrid car was with the Engeneering running who knows how long I asked the person that attended us and he said he didn’t know how long the engine was on he didn’t bother to ask the mechanic about the car the coolent in my car was extra full and a lot of it spilled out with the pressure to the ground.we opens the hood up @ home and the violent was still to the top of the container we had to take a lot of it out our selves that was not professional on there behalf. I selected the final vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Price and terms were as expected. The price was nor really negotiated, but it was fair. The only issue that I had was that the sticker price was not the price offered as there were "un-removable dealership add-ons." When I expressed the opinion that the sticker price should reflect this fact, they took off the cost of the un-removable items In the end, I paid the sticker price and no more. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought my first Toyota ( a 1973 HI-Lux truck ) back in 1980 when I was in school. I have owned 5 since then and this is #6. I have every confidence in this Corolla Hybrid and Toyota in general and plan on keeping this one for another 15 - 20 years. Best Wishes, Kevin Hanna More
