My appointment was at 10am I arrived 16 min late my fault entirely and I was checked in by 1030, so far no problem. At 130pm advisor said I had 4 cars in front of me, ok no problem. 224pm I asked again and I entirely and I was checked in by 1030, so far no problem. Needles to say I left very upset with the lack of communication from the service department. What really upset me was that my advisor was asking what seemed to be a manager what a problem could be with what seemed to be a walk in customer. A ford dealer was unable to remove the oil filter cap on a Prius and he said get it in a rack and check it out. My truck was only in to have the ac inspected and to check damage on a blow out I had the day before. Super disappointed with the service department. Only reason I gave a 2 star was because the employee that brought me my truck was very sincere. Horrible experience and a complete waste of my time, sadly it’s the closest sealer to me so unfortunately I’ll be back. More

The work was done very quickly. When I have my chevy or gmc serviced the dealership would wash my vehicle. Where as lancaster toyota does not Also the other dealers would drive my car to a pickup spot. Lancaster toyota gives you the keys and tells you it's out there somewhere in the parking lot.
