In the beginning my experience was your typical and average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t taking the first offer given to me and didn’t jump to make a deal the first 5 minutes. He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason. The worst customer service I’ve ever received during any purchase, vehicle or otherwise. More

Very disappointed in Toyota of Louisville and Oxmoor Toyota service. Both damaged my rims and would not return the vehicle to the condition it was in when it was dropped off. Neither service managers Kelly Wheeler at Oxmoor Toyota or whoever the service manager is at Toyota of Louisville would even come to you in person to apologize. They are not capable of returning your vehicle to you in the same condition it was dropped off in. If you take care of your vehicle do not expect them to. They charge top dollar for unprofessional service. We will never purchase from or serice any of our current or future vehicles with Toyota ever again. As an alternative consider Honda World Louisville. Their service manager Dale Greathouse was professional, apologized, knew exactly what to do to correct the problem, and provided us a loaner free of charge when their mechanic damaged our Honda headliner. Unlike Toyota they used the same brand new OEM parts that were on the car when it was dropped off. Night and day difference in how the two brands treat their customers and their vehicles. Please learn from our mistake and avoid Toyota in Louisville, KY. More
