I have been buying used cars at Carmax for 20 years because I had normal dealerships with the haggling & feeling like shark bait as soon as you get out of your car. My wife and I were looking at another vehicle at another dealership. Decided to check out Toyota of Naperville & took a chance on a vehicle that we saw online that we wanted to look at. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic & very relaxed. At no time was there any pressure to buy any product or service.
