Jeff has gone beyond what I would expect based on his calling several times to make sure the car is meeting the expectations. I don't know very much about the purchasing process, so I had a lot of questions. All of which were answered. Tod was a great help telling us about every single detail about our car. Even things I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. You can tell he really takes pride in his job. AJ and Shannon were extremely helpful taking me through the financing and helping me find something in my price range. I ended up leasing the car, which is never something I would've thought of, but it's really going to be affordable for me going forward. I ended up getting a remote starter and Jessica answered every question I had about pricing, installation and which starter would benefit me the most. Another thing I noticed while I was at Toyota of Naperville was the teamwork and how close they are to each other. You can tell they work hard and know how to have fun doing it. I will definitely be recommending Toyota of Naperville to everyone and be returning when I need another vehicle in the future. More

Larry Cares. Period. From the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off with a new car, Larry was wonderful to know. Though the entire staff at the dealership was wonderful and the experience was excellent, Larry specifically worked extremely hard to make sure my entire experience was cared for and he went above and beyond many times to care for every aspect and my occasional 'anal tendencies' to make sure everything was exactly right. But more than this, Larry just plain cared about me and making sure I was comfortable with every aspect and happy the whole time. You can't teach 'genuine caring' about a customer - it's inherent in a person and in him. Though I'd never met him before, this relationship felt more like a friendship than a seller/buyer transaction and negotiation. I have purchased many vehicles and even worked in a dealership in the past and this experience and Larry have been the best. If you want a new friend that cares and happens to have some cool cars to drive and own, Larry is your guy. We'll be back. More
