I was never pushed into a decision, and I was always treated with respect. My husband and I had been to plenty of other dealers between the time I first went to Toyota of Naperville and the time of actual purchase. I returned almost 6 months later because of the customer service I received from Jose. He never " blew up" my phone, and more importantly he talked to ME, not just my husband. Very female friendly. I found at other dealers they would ignore me even though I was the one buying and paying for the car, or they would blow up my phone at all times of the day. Being a nurse that works night shift that became very annoying. Loved the service I got and bottom line that is what brought me back and will continue to bring me back ! More

My initial salesperson is no longer with the dealership, but my experience with David Zidlicky was even more enjoyable than my previous sales person. David was not overwhelming and he is a down to earth type of guy. As anyone knows, the car buying experience can be quite painful and exhausting. David was very accommodating through the entire process and he made the deal work for us. He was always concerned about what we wanted versus what he wanted to sell us. I would recommend David to anyone looking for an honest salesman with exceptional service. On a side note, the finance team was very accommodating, thorough, and not pushy at all. Dave Zidlicky was Outstanding I hate car shopping. Between the countless wasted hours in dealerships, pushy sales people and the paranoia associated with trying to sort through eve I hate car shopping. Between the countless wasted hours in dealerships, pushy sales people and the paranoia associated with trying to sort through every word the dealer is telling you - is this BS? Is THIS? You can imagine my disappointment when I'm approached by a salesman when I'm no more than 3 feet inside the store. My heart sank a little - is it going to be another on of THOSE experiences? To my delight it turned out not to be. Our salesman was Dave Zidlicky and I'm so happy to have met him. Dave was a kind, grandfatherly gentleman and both my wife and I felt comfortable shopping with him. We had our three month old daughter with us and unlike the other dealerships we visited who wanted to run us all over the lot, Dave was willing to sit and listen as we described our needs. He found us a few cars in the computer before ever asking us if we'd like to see them - which is just what we were hoping he'd do. Dave was wonderful and hospitable, kind and absolutely non pushy. Rather than sell, sell, sell he helped my wife and I sell ourselves on a car. It was our preferences, our money and our buying experience- we were in control of the buying experience - or Dave was buy he was so gentle and masterful about the whole thing that we were none the wiser. I can't speak to the rest of the dealership but I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Zidlicky. More
