Angela, first of all we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding on the inspection report here. Thank you for outlining your experience and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience. One of our service reps recalls letting you know that there was rust on exhaust flange. We want to reiterate that we did not hear the exhaust noise when we checked it days prior. Unfortunately, we are unable to know for sure when it can rust all the way through and when the pipe will fail. We wanted to give you our price but also suggest another company to do the work on the exhaust so you’d have multiple options here. Again, we apologize it was not fully marked on the inspection report. We are very sorry and we hope you can give us or Naperville Exhaust Works a chance to fix this issue.
