I left my car sat at 7 am ( I was waiting for you guys to open) for recall and other issues. The plan was to pick up my car on Monday at 5 pm. I didn’t get an update until late Monday and the part nev open) for recall and other issues. The plan was to pick up my car on Monday at 5 pm. I didn’t get an update until late Monday and the part never came on time and my recall was never fixed. Further issue I was told I will get a call back when the part arrives and never got one despite sending text message inquiry! More

I had a wonderful experience taking my car to service at Toyota of Rockwall. It reminded me of the good times of efficiency and niceness. The whole service that included at least oil change and tires rotation and the battery review was nicely done. I was treated with courtesy at all times by two staff members which names I sadly don't remember and I got my car out on time. Thank you very much. More
