I would give them negative amounts of stars if it were possible. The service manager Mick was a rude arrogant know it all self righteous jerk and after his attempt to gaslight me I had my car towed to To possible. The service manager Mick was a rude arrogant know it all self righteous jerk and after his attempt to gaslight me I had my car towed to Toyota of Dallas where I was treated in the polite professional and courteous manner by the service manager Gary Davidson that was not exhibited by Mick. Everything was easy peasy and I was kept well informed about the status of progress consistently by Gary..... the exact opposite of the way Mick was towards me if I could give Rockwall a negative amount of stars I would and I would definitely give Dallas 1001 stars.....
