I was very please with Aubrey about buying 2024 Tacoma Hybrid from him. So when I showed up the service advisor eventually came out after I sat there for awhile. It seems that the service advisors are hesitant to come out. She then asked if I was waiting and I said yes. After signing the paperwork and my truck being pulled around I left. As I was leaving the dealership my wife called and said she had just seen a text from almost an hour earlier saying my truck was ready. I guess that’s a hour I will never get back. I also don’t understand how brake parts ordered in August for a TSB are still not in for the repair, the squealing is getting old. More
