The service provided was completed in the agreed upon time. I asked for the rear hatch to be looked at. Technician said it was normal. They said they sent me a video showing my vehicle rear door openi time. I asked for the rear hatch to be looked at. Technician said it was normal. They said they sent me a video showing my vehicle rear door opening compared to another van. That was not the vehicle I received. So, I trust that my door is normal, but no proof. More
