Service advisor recommended alignment on a 12,000 mile virtually new car to my 18 year old daughter without estimate and informed her she owed money. I the owner of the car was never contacted. Toyota of Rockwall has always been honest and respectful to me. Never have they pushed to sell me more services than my car truly required. And the sales team showed me a car I wanted to view zero questions to me. Never have they pushed to sell me more services than my car truly required. At another Toyota dealer I was told they would not show me a car because it was end of month and they didn't have time for me unless I was buying it.
