My husband and I went to multiple dealers before even coming to Toyota. I actually did not even want to go to Toyota he convinced me. As we walked in we were instantly set up with our sales representativ coming to Toyota. I actually did not even want to go to Toyota he convinced me. As we walked in we were instantly set up with our sales representative Jax and were offered everything to make us comfortable. It was very different from the other dealers, it was warm and welcoming. Jax was absolutely amazing! He answered every question or concern we had with honesty and even his own personal preferences. Never once did he push any kind of purchase on us, just offered multiple different options we had available to us with out even running our credit first like most dealer's. Even after we told him there was another vehicle we still wanted to see somewhere else he absolutely fine with that and still never pushed.2 days later we went back as we decided the Toyota highlander was best for our family and Jax got us set up and started all the paper work, it was so quick and easy. It was the best experience for our first time purchasing a brand new car. Not only did i enjoy the entire staff with how friendly they are or the amazing deli it was the kids play room that really did it for me!! Thank you to everybody at Toyota and making our first time wonderful we can't wait when its time to purchase another vehicle! More
