I have always had a good experience at the service center. I generally wait for service and its always be less than 2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable and has a lot of space. They are thorough when it comes to making sure they tell you everything that's about to go wrong with your car, or sell you parts you don't need. When it comes time to returning a text or a phone call they you everything that's about to go wrong with your car, or sell you parts you don't need. When it comes time to returning a text or a phone call they can't seem to be bothered. They also can't be bothered to give you a call letting you know the parts have come in for your vehicle, however they do make sure to call and send emails for reviews. More
