I love my truck so far but I was not very pleased with the service I received or the follow up after purchasing my Tacoma. There were several things listed that my truck claimed to have and when I reached the service I received or the follow up after purchasing my Tacoma. There were several things listed that my truck claimed to have and when I reached out I was told that “this happens” and that the dealer wasn’t being deceitful. However even after stating that only one thing the vehicle was missing was mentioned to me they basically told I should have questioned them about each item listed on the description. My vehicle was also pictured with a tonneau cover which was one of the selling points as to why I chose this truck. After the very first rain it leaked at every seam and my truck bed was soaked. I contacted the dealer about all of the issues and they did try to make things right by giving me floor mats but the missing moonroof, missing lane assist, heated seats and broken tonneau cover were a several thousand dollar value and I was given $160 floor mats. Both the salesman and the head of the sales department seemed very dismissive when I contacted them about the cover issue and the salesman stopped responding to me all together. I have been happy in the past with Toyota I just wish I felt like more of a priority AFTER purchasing my vehicle. More

Service and Covid-19 Overall the experience was good. However the young lady who checks in your vehicle did have a face mask but wore it around her neck. She sits in your vehicle to obtain your mileage and hands you the paperwork to take to the counter. This all happens without her mouth and nose not being covered. However the rest of the staff followed the rules. More
