Poor Communication I received a call that there would be additional work to my vehicle and agreed. I then called back to cancel that service within 10 minutes and got a I received a call that there would be additional work to my vehicle and agreed. I then called back to cancel that service within 10 minutes and got an answering machine. I then called back in another 10 minutes and was told that my car had been half way done, after I was told it would take 2 hours, and that there was nothing they can do about it. Also on my receipt I was told that my tire pressure was taken care of but after getting in my car I realized the symbol was there for me to take care of myself. More
