Terrible service department. My wife took our 21 Highlander in for its 15,000 mile service. They told her she needed an air filter and a cabin air filter. Besides that and wiper blades they wanted to replace, it was going to be over $300. I came home and checked air filter, it was perfect. Not a speck of dust on it. They tried to charge her for services she didn’t need. Not surprised. They tried to sell me a Tundra at $5,000 over MSRP and they told me they were giving me a law enforcement discount. More
