I bought my car a month ago. It smelled of oil and when I looked under the hood the oil cap was not on. My blue tooth doesn’t work properly. The detailing of my car when I bought it was horrendous. I contacted the general manager who sent me to customer care. They called me to listen to my issues and said that they would set up an appointment to have my car detailed. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO and no one has called me. I wanted to wait and see if my issues were resolved but it is past a month since I bought my car and I am still waiting. I am very upset. I haven’t been able to show anyone my new car because the detailing is horrible, blue tooth doesn’t work, and the engine smell continues. More
