We were from out of town and we needed service on our Tundra in order to continue our road trip. Jon Higgins and the technicians did an excellent job of fixing our problem. I took my vehicle to Toyota of Scranton for the 5000 mile maintenance and was told I needed an alignment that would cost $169.00. I took my vehicle to certified mechanic who does alignments and was told I di maintenance and was told I needed an alignment that would cost $169.00. I took my vehicle to certified mechanic who does alignments and was told I did not need an alignment! Shame on Toyota of Scranton’s service department! I also want to add the garage who does the alignments only charges $90 for an alignment. Toyota is a rip off! More

I brought my car in for the annual inspection and oil change and wound up having spark plug change, cooling system change and front brakes and rotors for a cost of $1,600. I wasn't having any problems wi change and wound up having spark plug change, cooling system change and front brakes and rotors for a cost of $1,600. I wasn't having any problems with the car and wonder if I should have waited to get this work done. Hopefully next year they won't find anything else that needs to be done. I could have brought it back later to get some things done but decided since I was there to just do it. After waiting 5 hours because the rotors they put on the car were too big I had them give me a ride home and they came back to get me when the car was done More

I like that the dealership is within 10-15 miles from my home. Everyone seems friendly and eager to please. My only concern is that the navigation system is not loaded anymore.
