Bought a new Toyota. Jordan was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Had everything set up for smooth transitions. I have not yet had any dealing with service. There was an order placed, they never called to let me know the part was in. I called Jordan and he let me know they were in so I can in and the gentleman I dealt with (Not sure who) did get the parts installed and was great to work with. Yesterday I tried to call the parts department about 8 different times and they never answered. More

No complaints here. Arrived on time and was taken right into the service department. After a few questions were asked, Stephanie met me and took me to the service desk where she processed the paperwork and into the service department. After a few questions were asked, Stephanie met me and took me to the service desk where she processed the paperwork and informed me that my vehicle needed a alignment all in a matter of minutes. I was offered refreshments and waited in the comfortable waiting area. Upon completion Stephanie explained what was done and walked me to my car. It doesn’t get much better than that. Toyota of Scranton has great customer service and is a asset to the city of Scranton. More

Christopher Ellis was my service advisor, and he did an excellent job. Very professional, friendly and attentive to my service. He explained everything and pointed out the other services that they offer if excellent job. Very professional, friendly and attentive to my service. He explained everything and pointed out the other services that they offer if I wish to have that work performed additionally. Since I was going to wait for my service (Pa. inspection, multi point service, and recall on fuel pump) he was very hospitable, and offered me water, coffee. This made my service visit a very good experience knowing that Toyota of Scranton really cares for their customers. This is my second Rav 4 that I leased and this lease is up next June. I hope to be a continued Toyota of Scranton customer. Kudos to Chris for doing a great job as my service advisor. More
