Had a tire blowout across the street from dealership. They charged me $296.45 for a Goodyear Assurance tire plus $39.01 for installation and $4.50 for 2 tire weights.(Total of $343.46). They didn't have tire in stock so they got tire WHOLESALE from Jack Williams Tire and Auto. Called Jack Williams later and found out that they charge $238.00 RETAIL including installation. Since I was stranded I paid the bill but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place! On my drive home I had to stop every 20-30 minutes because the valve stem was never replaced and was leaking air! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF STRANDED DRIVERS!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS!! More

Always great service from toyota of scranton. I only wish the prices for small repairs werent ridiculously high. Almost $300 for spark plug replacement they offered.
