My husband knew what needed to be done to fix his air conditioning. Our personal mechanic had already diagnosed it, but was unable to do the work. We were charged to $600+ for the job and were told it conditioning. Our personal mechanic had already diagnosed it, but was unable to do the work. We were charged to $600+ for the job and were told it was something other than what we thought. Within a day or two the air stopped working, the vehicle was back at Toyota several time to "fix it" with the same result...no air within a day or two. Finally they replaced the part that we told them going in and were charged $800+!!! Did I mention that the original work they did was "guaranteed"? We have had great service in the past, but this will lead us elsewhere for future service and car buying. More

I would like to thank a service technician James Brown for his above the usual customer service response. James gave me his personal cell phone number and said it would be ok to call him directly if pro for his above the usual customer service response. James gave me his personal cell phone number and said it would be ok to call him directly if problem persisted. He is polite, smiles, maintains eye contact and is wholeheartedly sincere in interactions. I am happy to have met James and comfortable calling or speaking about any issues that may happen in the future. I really like this dealership and feel it's worth the extra cash due to its customer service. More
