Friendly staff, hole in my pocket. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and they communicate well with customers. But still I am disappointed that I had a $1600 job done that did not resolve the issue with my car, resulting in even further costs. If I would have been better off going to a specialist, I would have appreciated that honesty and guidance rather than sinking money and time into what was an incomplete or misdiagnosis. The staff is great and I hate to leave a poor review, but its appropriate based on this experience. More

Awesome service! My Rav4 was due for 10,000 mile service and state inspection. Being vulnerable for Covid 19 I didn't want to visit the dealership in person. My car wa My Rav4 was due for 10,000 mile service and state inspection. Being vulnerable for Covid 19 I didn't want to visit the dealership in person. My car was picked up at my home and delivered back to me after all the service was completed. Raphael who picked up and delivered the car was very friendly and professional.
