Service personnel keep in touch ! When in for routine service, the department keeps in touch to alert you of other issues. So there is nver a surprise bill at the end of the process. Because of the Pandemic, I was not comfortable going into the building, so I used the pick up/ drop off service which was wonderful. I would not have had the service performed without this option.
