Went in for scheduled maintenance and tire rotation. They found I needed an alignment and I was promised to be out in about an hour which was good because I was on my lunch. 3 1/2 hours later I had to compla found I needed an alignment and I was promised to be out in about an hour which was good because I was on my lunch. 3 1/2 hours later I had to complain and I was out in another 20 minutes.
