Went to Toyota of Wallingford with my family looking to buy a new suv. Our salesman Phil Orzel was amazing. I had a great car buying experience I had experience with Wallingford Toyota years ago! This experience was NOTHING like that, I am happy to say. In fact, I almost didn't even look here I had experience with Wallingford Toyota years ago! This experience was NOTHING like that, I am happy to say. In fact, I almost didn't even look here and was thinking I'd be buying from another dealership. However, everyone there was friendly. I felt welcomed without feeling pressured or uneasy. There was NO push to sell me. I did my homework on all counts: items in stock, worth of my trade, current loan rates etc. I had not really planned to buy that day. But the deal was very fair and the car was nice, clean, and equipped. So I left with a new used, which is what I wanted. So far I really, really like my choice! I would highly recommend this dealership without a doubt. More

Service rep was pleasant and efficient. Service was done in a very timely manner quicker than anticipated. One criticism.....with remodeling going on there were no signs prompting me where to go or where to in a very timely manner quicker than anticipated. Wallingford Toyota does a real good job making you feel like family. Great atmosphere. Certainly would recommend them to all. Great service and staff Bought my 2010 Highlander Hybrid new from this dealer. They have been my go-to for all service since. Fortunately, the only service ever really needed Bought my 2010 Highlander Hybrid new from this dealer. They have been my go-to for all service since. Fortunately, the only service ever really needed was routine maintenance. But I do have lifetime free oil change and battery replacement, and they've readily replaced 2 batteries since I've had the car, and many oil changes. Saved me a lot of money! They have always been fast, courteous and performed expert work. They have a pretty substantial 25 point inspection that gives you a really good heads up on any issues you do or may have. Like ANY dealer, their repairs are costlier than a private shop, but they also know their vehicles inside-out. I'll continue to use them and will likely buy my next car from them as they treated me right from the get-go and I got an excellent price. I highly recommend them. More
