I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, and Jon made the buying process smooth and hassle free. He answered all of my (several) questions in a straightforward and patient manner, and in a matter of a few hours I had traded in my old Rav4 and drove off in my new one! Unprofessional, no integrity, and unethical business practices. Watch out for their "optional vin-etching fee" scam when negotiating. They also will share your vehicle's service history with your name on it if you have your vehicle serviced there and trade it in there and someone request's an pre-sale vehicle inspection report. Their communication is non-existstent. They also rescinded an offer for a free monthly payment due to the fact I was going to write a review regarding the poor experience which falls on Toyota of Wallingford. I have as much confidence in the vehicle I purchased from them as I do in their sales associates which is absolutely zero. More
