They treat you like family! I was in a car accident with my 2018 Rav4 Hybrid and I can honestly say, the car saved my life. If I didn't have side air bags I don't know what would happen. It was such an emotional experience for me that I never imagined something like this happening. Going through the process of insurance, totaling the car, figuring out the next step, etc. by myself. However, I was never alone with the staff at Toyota. I told them they were all angels looking out for me. The process couldn't have been more smooth. Elvin, knowing how hard it was for me to see my car in the state it was, took it upon himself to clean my car out for me so I didn't have to see it. Steve Jr. was outstanding taking as much time as I needed to work with me. It was the little things that make a huge difference especially being alone. I trust them...every single one of them. I would never buy my car anywhere else. It's my 4th lease RAV and I will continue to purchase them only....the car that saved me! More

The car was ready when I arrived, plates transferred, papers signed in less than an hour. This was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made! More
