In my 50 years of purchasing new cars, I have never had a better experience than I did at Lexus of the treasure Coast. Everyone from the salesman, to the financial manager, went above and beyond to make this better experience than I did at Lexus of the treasure Coast. I have always experienced a high-pressure salesman and an even higher pressure financial manager at the end of the deal. It was not the case at this Lexus dealership. I feel like I just joined a new family. They were exceptionally nice and accommodating, but they still did their job and sold me my beautiful new Lexus UX 250 H. I wish I had done my homework when buying out the lease on my 2019 RX350 L. All the certified options you can add on a "buying the car from a lease" were presented to me by Steve in a whirlwind sales prese on my 2019 RX350 L. All the certified options you can add on a "buying the car from a lease" were presented to me by Steve in a whirlwind sales presentation and it was a dog and pony show. My fault for not doing the necessary research. After working with Paul Licausi for months on deciding whether to buy out the lease or just turn in the vehicle after the 36,000 miles; I thought he would be in charge of the whole process. Wrong. They move you from one person to the next person till your head was spinning. It is all said and done know. Probably spent too much on the "certified packages". More
