He helped me narrow down my choice of vehicles, and provided me with the most informative test drive I’d ever had. We wound up making our final purchase at Lexus of Palm Beach specifically because of their selection of new vehicles. My wife’s lease on her current car expires in a little over a year, and we fully plan to visit Scott and hopefully close the deal with him. More

I went for an oil change and days later my oil lights came back on. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. I call 5 times today and was given the run around. Michael Klein is very knowledgeable and patient sales rep. He was able to answer every question my wife and I posed and provided additional learning for each topic. He even knew how to jump start the Lexus which is different from other cars. Michael was not pushy in any way and helped us arrive at the proper choice for our new Lexus. He also got us a good trade-in value for our Honda CRV. The dealership has a clean layout and offers some perqs while you wait for your car to be serviced. The after sales representative, David Smith was very helpful. He did not push any of the options and was very helpful in explaining options such as a the extended warranty. In a return visit to the service department I had a chance to work with Jude. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot rate her performance below but I would give her 5 stars if I could. The only area of improvement is dealer training. It seems to be focused only on the technology of the car, rather than other features such as emergency exit from the car and what to do if the battery goes flat. It would be nice to make the training more all-inclusive and not hope that the car sales person will provide this training. Joe & Suzy Boriotti More
