Ceritifed 2017 ES-350 Purchase Experience I traded in my 2012 ES-350 for a certified 2017 ES model in May of 2020. Worked with Paul Licausi at Treasure Coast Lexus in FT Pierce, FL. This de I traded in my 2012 ES-350 for a certified 2017 ES model in May of 2020. Worked with Paul Licausi at Treasure Coast Lexus in FT Pierce, FL. This dealership was chosen originally because they had the model, color and options I was looking for. I asked Paul to describe the vehicle and any defects on the phone and then told him I was interested in that car. He mentioned that one of the Alloy wheels was scraped but that was pretty much it. So I made an appointment to come down and try it out. When I got there, everything was ready and I test drive the car. Loved it. There was very little sales pressure to make a decision after the test run. I mean, how much pressure does one need to buy a Lexus anyway? Not much. The car drove beautifully and looked great. Only had about 16,000 miles on it. I got a reasonable trade in allowance on my 2012 ES and an excellent finance deal with the finance manager Steve. He got me 2.9% Toyota Loan even though my credit was not spotless. Note that I do have a high income. The real test of a car dealership is how they handle things AFTER the sale. In my case there were 3 open items plus one I added. I didn't want to drive around with the scraped wheel so I asked them if they could replace it. Paul said they couldn't do that but he agreed to get me one and install it for his cost. So I went with that. As part of the finance negotiation and extended warranty ( I always get the extended warranty) they agreed to supply brand new Lexus floor mats. Lastly, the cap was missing on the Radio volume knob. They agreed to replace it at no charge. While driving home, I noticed the (new) tires were not quite balanced properly, at least not while doing 75 MPH on the highway. So I asked them to re-balance all the wheels after replacing the Alloy rim. They did not charge me for the extra balancing. Well it took a few weeks to get the all the items in stock with the Virus and all going on. But 3 weeks later, I brought the car back and they completed all the open items exactly as agreed. Now that's a dealer you can trust. So I am pretty happy with the car and with this dealership. Highly recommended. Bob T. Melbourne, FL Engineer More
