Completely disappointed on how they didn’t do anything to help my car being over miles . Manager lied on a deal L. Manager said they were going to get me payments like my other car , no money down like my other car . Said to come in as soon as possible and see the manager Steve Gordon . When I get there driving an hour to the store . I not once met Steve Gordon the manager as he promised . Instead I was given to sale to Sandy who got me my lease originally. Once with sales didn’t even try to work numbers . Said that the agree there manager said they now couldn’t do . Also since they would have to order a car that had black on black it “ would be to much work “ “ it would take too much time “ “ it’s easier to just pick a car from the lot “ “ I mean your only going to have the car for three year you can just deal with this car for three years “ the car o have now is Lexus IS 300 f sport I put no money down I pay 465 a month . Since I was going over miles I wanted to bring the car back early manager agree it’s good idea since he understand my situation that I didn’t have money to put down he said he would do the same deal when u got I never saw him , they said they couldn’t do that deal the manager just promised me on the phone an hour ago as they ran my credit . The sales put his hands out said “ sorry we can’t do business with you. “ I was in shock how I was being treated. I had talked to the manager , made a deal that was broken , test drove 3 cars, please I have a lease car from this company and dealer that was ranking on in miles, I picked two cars/colors so they could give me numbers and ideas how to help me . Brought a family co signer is needed . The same people who so happily pushed me into a horrible lease ? Lied to me on the phone , Never meet with me, then said they couldn’t do anything to help . Then I said what if I put money down . He picked my car I have now I pay for saying 7,000-8,000 down and 795 a month . For the same car I have when I only pay 465 now with no money put down . I will never ever buy a Lexus . I will strongly recommend to any , every . Patient , employee, co worker , friend , family , acquaintances . To never ever get a car from that treasure coast Lexus. If I could put no stars I would. The service was disgusting. It was disrespectful and untrustworthy company. More
