Not organized. I had a puncture in my tire and the tire warranty on my car. I called the service department and was transferred to someone who handled the tire warr I had a puncture in my tire and the tire warranty on my car. I called the service department and was transferred to someone who handled the tire warranties to let me know the procedures. I told them the problem and that I also needed an oil change and a scratch on the rim looked at since they were doing tire warranty issues. I was told my advisor would go over that stuff with me but the tire would have to be looked at to determine if it could be patched or needed to be replaced so they couldn't order a tire until they saw it. So for them to look at the tire, the car would need to be towed in but they couldn't set it up I would have to call Lexus road side assistance, which I had since the car was less than 2 yrs old. Then they transferred me to parts to see if they even had it in stock just to make sure, of course they didn't, it would have to be ordered but it was usually same day. This was strike one to me, you are Lexus and you sold me the car, why can't you tow it in, why do I have to call Lexus roadside assistance? I called Lexus and had them tow it in on a Tuesday afternoon. My car was picked up by the towing company around 11:30 am and delivered to the dealership probably by 1pm. I called the dealership 4:30 pm and was told that it hadn't even been checked in and my service advisor would call me when it was. Strike two. Wednesday, I get a call from Kathy my advisor. Very nice lady wanting to let me know that because I have run flat tires they can't be patched, the tire must be replaced and here is the cost. Strike three, for the people I talked to on Tuesday, if they sold me the car, they should know what type of tires are on it, if run flats can't be patched, why wasn't the tire ordered then. Anyway, she had no idea of the three different conversations I had had the day prior with people in her own building. Regardless, I explained what I had gone through the day prior and that I needed the oil changed and rim looked at since they had it and I had the premium tire warranty. She said she would order the tire, set up for their rim guy to look at it and get the oil changed and apologized for the lack of communication. Thursday still waiting on tire and getting rim fixed, this took an extra day since they couldn't order it Tuesday when I called. Friday, the car is finally fixed, new tire, oil change and rim fixed. However, even though I have the premium tire warranty the rim isn't covered. I asked why not since I have another Lexus I purchased in Atlanta with a tire warranty and it covers everything, including cosmetic damage. I asked the Finance manager who handled the sale of my car specifically about that when I bought that warranty and he told me it was covered. That is why I had to get the premium warranty because the lesser one had $ limits. Strike four! So I told Kathy I wanted to have a word with him because at this point I'm feeling like I got lied to especially after spending 100K+ on a car and 6K in extra warranties. I spoke with her later and she said she had reached out to him and left multiple messages for him to call me. To this day, no call from him. Strike five! Kathy did have some of their drivers come drop the car off around 5pm at my house which was very nice of her but I was also without a car or loaner for 4 days. Kathy was great at how she handled my irritation and getting my car fixed but as for the rest of the dealership and how I was handled. I'm not thrilled. She was great and the only reason they didn't get zero stars. More
