My sales agent Idrissa Kotah was so welcoming, polite, informative and helpful. His big smile and ability to go with my questions and shifting directions from a used Cadillac to a used Lexus was very easy . The test drives were good and Idrissa had very good insights on both cars. I also had very positive thoughts regarding the manger Gary through out the buying experience eased my mind about any of my concerns. The facility is very clean from the work areas to the restroom and snack bar lounge. My final contact was with the financial person Steve Who pulled all the final forms together for title transfers etc and review of extensive warranty options. I did need to get going so will schedule an appointment for the tech specialist to guide me through the particulars of the car. More

Buying a new car The dealership really is great. The only problem was waiting for them to come back with an offer. It seemed to take forever, but maybe we were anxio The dealership really is great. The car has so many bells and whistles, it's hard to keep track of everything new and electrical. But, how great those bells and whistles are. We had a slight problem with 2 things soon after purchase. But service and tech were there to help. The only problem remaining has nothing to do with the dealership. The Lexus App does not seem to work to start the car. We have been told a way around this by the dealership, but not yet sure how far away we can be to make this work. (Can we be a mile, 20 miles, 100 miles, 1000 miles?) So, the dealership is great, but the biggest problem is that the MAIN OFFICE of Lexus has not yet figured out how to fix a problem. On another note, Carlton was very kind and caring and once he knew that my wife had a problem with cologne/fragrance, he did not wear any the day we picked up the car. That showed that he went above and beyond to be there for his customers. More

I pre-paid for maintenance for my 2018 car. On this last visit, I was advised that the wheels needed to be aligned and the tires balanced because the car is over one year old, neither of which is included i visit, I was advised that the wheels needed to be aligned and the tires balanced because the car is over one year old, neither of which is included in my maintenance. I do not understand why that is not included in the maintenance package if it is customary and necessary after one year. I will bring the car elsewhere to do take care of that. I am annoyed. More
