Experience depends on service advisor I brought my car in for a brake job and was dismissed by my service advisor. After an hour of waiting, I just needed to get an idea of time so I knew I brought my car in for a brake job and was dismissed by my service advisor. After an hour of waiting, I just needed to get an idea of time so I knew whether to wait or get a ride home. Another advisor (Brian) heard my interaction and intervened. He took me to the mechanic and we found out right away what was wrong and how long the job would take. I decided to wait and sure enough it was ready within that timeframe. Thank you Brian. More
