Very happy with the service at this Toyota. I was not able to spend all day at the dealership since I have a newborn at home. Very happy with the accommodation and level of service. Santiago was not able to help me when I got there, but he passed me of to Deltom who was just as great. I told him we couldn’t be there long because of the baby, he said it would only be an hour for paperwork, and that was accurate. It took a little longer to move all my stuff from one car to the next, because I was not prepared to get the new car. Deltom even went as far as dropping my husband off at Duffy’s, after I said I’d take the deal, so that he can watch his football game. We were truly only there to test drive lol. But very happy with what I came out with. Highly recommend!!! More

I called this dealer around noon asking about a 2020 RAV-4 and received a return call from Scott Wehr, who found the initial vehicle requested and we set up an appointment to come see it around 5 PM. Before 5, I called back to request a different trim level and color, which he did have in inventory. We arrived right at 5, and after some preliminary paper work he pulled the RAV-4 around for us to inspect, showed us many of the features and their benefits, went for a test drive, and went back to the dealership. We then discussed price, non confrontationally I might add, came to an agreement and struck a deal. The F&I manager was also very pleasant and was very good at finalizing the paperwork. I have been in retail automotive sales myself as a manager and have seen thousands of transactions, but this has to be the best experience I have been privy to. Everyone was professional, courteous, proficient, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership More
