Charles was amazing from start to finish. Probably the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He made the process smooth and easy. He was loud, rude, and deceiving. Only when I finally had enough and decided to move on; did he magically find the rate and benefits that we were looking for. I would definitely not recommend him at all. In fact, the only reason I am still giving this dealership a 5 star review is because of Charles (our salesman).
