Stellantis executive office recommended this dealership after we had some major issue with the last Jeep dealership we used. I shared our previous experiences and details on the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve we wanted to order. Within an hour, Michael had the order in the system and had the documents to me at the same time. This was the week of Thanksgiving so I was very impressed with his quick action. We then we’re on hold because of an issue with the Midnight Sky color… an issue in manufacturing. In mid-January we decided to change color to Baltic Gray. Michael worked with the executive contact to get the order updated in the system. The new Jeep was expedited and began being framed on January 23rd. The vehicle was completed that week and was placed on a train. It arrived at the Troncalli dealership on Friday February 10th. Michael called me to let me know they had the vehicle. We scheduled pickup and document processing for the next day Saturday February 11th. On Saturday, we arrived and Michael met with us immediately. He was very friendly and welcoming to us. He remembered the issues we had with our past dealership and ensured us things would be different at Troncalli. Michael asked all the right questions to get all the documents together. He worked with the trade desk to get a very favorable trade number for our 2021 Jeep trade. Once we finished with the finance department, Michael spent an hour with us going over the features of the vehicle and answering question my husband had on his new vehicle. Post sale; Michael has still answered a few questions for me. We cannot be more ecstatic about our experience with Michael Penoyer and the entire Troncalli team (including their resident cat!). Michael is an outstanding brand ambassador. We highly recommend Troncalli Dealership. Ask for Michael by name - you will be glad you did! More

Service department doesn’t care about customers and claim expertise but really clueless. Recommended a proactive maintenance without doing their homework and confirming the vehicle qualify. I ended up with a check engine light and $1300 repair at another shop. Do not trust their advice. Service rep Christian Bird pretends he cares, but like their service mgr both are clueless. Brought 3 cars there for many years, never again. More
