Awesome Experience! Having to replace a car is not something I look forward to and had procrastinated about as long as I could. I started checking used cars, via the web, Having to replace a car is not something I look forward to and had procrastinated about as long as I could. I started checking used cars, via the web, at various lots across Tucson. I found a couple I was interested in but hesitated because of price and/or less than stellar reviews of the dealerships. My son suggested Tucson Subaru because he had recently purchased an auto with them. I hadn't checked their website because I was concerned about affording the cars available there. I was pleasantly surprised to find affordable cars there as well as the model I was looking for. When one became available that I was interested in I contacted Tucson Subaru, via email, and Tim responded the same day. I went in to look at the vehicle a couple of days later but Tim was not working that day so Steve came out to talk to me. Steve is very knowledgeable, answered all my numerous questions, apologized for having me wait while he checked on details, and was pleasant beyond words. When I got the go ahead on the purchase, Jennifer had me go to her office to sign papers, which can take a considerable amount of time. However, I was in and out of her office in less than a half hour. She was very thorough and made sure I had no additional questions before I left her office. The entire process from walking into the dealership and walking out with keys was around three hours. Can't get much better than that! I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness everyone showed me at Tucson Subaru and will definitely go see Steve for my next purchase. More

Took very good care of us Update: They re-did the cleanup on the car and everything turned out perfect. 5 stars!! We bought a 2017 with 9600 miles. I noted a piece of trim Update: They re-did the cleanup on the car and everything turned out perfect. 5 stars!! We bought a 2017 with 9600 miles. I noted a piece of trim that had become dislodged, they told me they would have a look but couldn’t promise to fix. We picked up the car. Got home and noticed that the exterior wash was poorly executed, dirty spots in a few places. The loose Trim was not fixed. I undid 3 screws and re-attached it perfectly; took about 2 mins. I opened the hood to have a look and removed several handfuls of dried leaves and twigs which I was sure they would have cleaned, but missed. An extra 7-10 mins spent on delivery prep would have made the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars. More
