Happy to purchase another Subaru! I went in cold just to speculate on trading in my 2013 Outback. I like to upgrade while my old vehicle still has plenty of value. I had always had good experiences with both my car and my dealership there. I was pleased with the amount of attention without pressure I received. I was greeted by Jack McVey of the sales team. He answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable of all the new features, upgrades and safety concerns of the 2018 models. I realized how much these would improve my driving experience; and I have to say, I am extremely pleased with my new Outback Limited. It has been an easy learning curve, and I am happy to have all the "bells & whistles" this time around. I deserve the best, and I feel I got it!!! More

Friendly and Efficient! Kevin and I worked online to come to an agreement on price of the Jeep before I even came in to test drive and do financial paperwork etc This took pl Kevin and I worked online to come to an agreement on price of the Jeep before I even came in to test drive and do financial paperwork etc This took place over 2-3 days while I was working by using my iPhone, I had previously checked out the vehicle in the lot , and on the website before my first email inquiry. Everything worked out as a Win/Win for both of us. Traci was awesome also, making the necessary paperwork fast and painless as possible. Kudos to all at Tucson Subaru!! More
