We are not high tech women and appreciated his patience to explain and show us the features as many times as we asked. We went for a test drive and he pointed out how these features worked so we had first hand knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and when we wanted more time to think about it, he was very supportive. We came back with a higher quote on our trade in from another source and he was able to increase his offer so it was more equitable. After we made up our minds and bought the car, he very patiently went over the features (again), synced my phone with the bluetooth and showed us how everything worked (again). We also saw Traci Roberts in finance who went over all the options we could choose from and what they covered. Again there was no pressure to buy and she had a lot of patience explaining everything. She was a joy to work with. After almost 4 hours we drove off in our wonderful new car and lived to tell the tale. WHEW...a very thorough experience! We have purchased several cars in our lifetime and this was by far the best, most thorough experience. More

Over the next three weeks, the salesman touched base once or twice, very appropriate. When we decided it was time to pull the trigger, I texted our salesman that morning and he came in a few hours early. We test drove the Forrester and Outback back-to-back; to our surprise we preferred the Forrester and negotiations were low pressure and fair. From top to bottom everyone was friendly, helpful, informative. It was a great experience, we love the car and will be recommending Tucson Subaru to our friends and family. More
