However our experience working with Cj, Tim and Jennifer was truly enjoyable. No pressure, treated with respect and courtesy and very knowledgable. CJ responding to our email within a short period of time introducing himself and sending a video of the car we inquired about, Tim helping us because CJ had a doctor appt. and Jennifer helping us the all the details of the sale it was a great experience. We went in to look at and test drive a 2017 Forester with the intention that this would be the first stop of many before deciding on a car. After spending some time with Tim asking questions and doing a test drive we bought the car on the spot!! Something we have NEVER done in the past. We can not recommend Tucson Subaru any higher. More

Friendly knowledgeable staff I went to many dealerships in search of a safe,spacious, luxurious feeling midsize SUV. I had many bad experiences along the way. Everywhere I went the salespeople made me feel as if my money was no good because I wasn't willing to settle for what they felt I needed to buy based on my budget. Until I walked onto Tucson Subaru, after researching what they had on their lot. I also first made a call to see if what I researched was available, because a very long story cut short O'RIELY Chevrolet wasted nearly two hours of my time when they couldn't locate 6 cars that were the focal point of their sales specials on their website! Steve Willis greeted us, had all the cars I was interested in ready for us fast. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all made me feel that I made the most of my hard earned money. My family and I love our Subaru and are excited for the future! Thank you Tucson Subaru and Steve Willis and Louie who was extremely efficient with the paperwork and funny! More

Good service from Service Rep, frustrated by mechanics **Update** After speaking with the Service Manager, I'm willing to work with this dealer again, but I still stand by my original review. I do understand that sometimes people have a bad day (or days in this case), and the manager assured me that the problem has been addressed and that they will take steps to prevent this kind of thing in the future, but I'm still frustrated that mistakes were made on two different occasions. Had I not had any issues the second time getting my car back, I would have given this service center 4 or 5 stars for Quality of Work, and 5 overall. That being said, I can't recommend this service center yet, but I am willing to give them a chance to earn back my trust. I changed my overall rating from 1 to 4 stars (they have handled this issue professionally, and I am not dissatisfied with my overall service, but I still can't give them an excellent because of all this), and changed the Quality of Work from 1 to 3 stars (I feel relatively confident that Ernie fixed the problem that my last dealer couldn't) . My original ratings of "Poor" were probably unfair. **Original review** This has easily been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a dealer. Let me start off by saying that my experience with the Service Rep was excellent. Jade Hillard did me a solid by helping me out even though I was mistaken by the times the service shop was open, and rolled in 5 minutes after closing time. She stayed late even though she had a birthday party she was supposed to be going to. I am thankful for her and I have zero complaints about her customer service. However, the quality of the maintenance I received was the worst I've ever encountered. When I brought my car in, I made sure to point out that my car had been worked on at another Subaru dealership 3 different times for the sound my clutch was making. When I got my car back, the sound was still there. Upon reading the maintenance summary, they did the exact thing that the other dealer had done... twice. That solution obviously wasn't the correct solution, but they apparently didn't bother to check the service history on my car. Furthermore, my turn signal blinkers were completely inoperable. Apparently the relay for the turn signals got broken sometime during service. After making the 40 minute trip to and from my house for the 3rd time, I finally get my car back, only to discover that the center vent is not working. ...The likely culprit for this would be the instrument panel duct that was sitting on my passenger seat (!!!!). There is clearly a need for an in-depth review of the QA practices in this shop. I do not want to bring my car to this shop ever again. I would rather drive to Phoenix or somewhere even further to get service than bring it back to this shop. *However, credit where credit is due: The mechanic (Ernie) to came out to hear the sound my clutch was making was able to diagnose it's likely source based off the sound and my maintenance history (fancy that...). The problem appears to be fixed, but in the previous times I got my car back at the other dealer, the problem seemed to be fixed but then came back in a week or two. So I will give tentative kudos to that mechanic, for now. More
